Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location, usually between 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online portal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimates are final sale.

How do I know which size to choose?

Every product page includes a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or checking the product description to see if the item runs true to size.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we can only make changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
